Ariel Anderson is a challenger of the status quo with a personal mission to be a leader of positive change through speaking, writing, and teaching.
Recently she has experienced exponential growth as a Growth Partner with The Five Doors Network, which is a top expansion team with Keller Williams Realty, the No. 113 fastest-growing, privately-held company in the United States. With just 7 members in November 2018 at the Clarksville, TN location, she grew the team to 21 members by the end of the 1st Qtr of 2019. Her synergistic leadership style causes production and a culture of servant mindedness.
Ariel obtained her TN real estate license in 2013, her KY license shortly thereafter, and her Principal Broker's license in 2016. She closed 56 units and over $11M in sales volume in her first full year and was awarded the Keller Williams Southeast Region Rookie of the Year Award in 2014. Since then she has closed over 600 units and $120M in sales volume in the Clarksville / Ft. Campbell area. Additionally, she has developed a proven track record of mentoring and training agents to “mega agent” levels of production.
Ariel purchased her first single family home at the age of 21 and 2 more single family homes in the next 6 years. In 2016 she purchased 7 quadplexes, and converted two buildings into fully furnished short-term rentals. With perseverance, Lafayette Short-Term Rentals became profitable in it’s 2nd year. She has been a member of the Associate Leadership Council (Board of Directors) for the Market Center for four years, is the Chair of the Education Committee, and is passionate about helping others succeed!
A North Carolina native, she earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University. Ariel is a "no excuses" business owner and single mom of children ages 10, 9, 7, and 6. She enjoys reading, traveling and being active with her family, competing in Crossfit competitions, and running Spartan or Tough Mudder races.
